Clear stamp

The clear stamp is made of a special material called TPR. The material is transparent ,soft, and light. It's usually used as tools for handmade cards and scrapbook. 

The instruction:
1.pull the clear stamp out of the storage sheet.
2.cling it to an acrylic block.
3.dab ink over the design of the stamp.
4.then press down.
